Railway transportation has extremely high requirements for component performance—train parts need to withstand long-term high-speed operation, alternating loads, harsh environmental impacts (such as high and low temperatures, humidity, sand and dust) and strict safety standards. Our train parts precision castings are developed and produced for these characteristics, adopting near-net-shape precision casting technology to achieve high dimensional accuracy, excellent surface quality and stable mechanical properties. The products can be directly used for assembly after minimal post-processing, effectively improving production efficiency, reducing assembly errors and ensuring the safe and stable operation of trains in long-term service.
Our precision castings cover a full range of train parts, with specifications ranging from small precision components (weight 0.05kg, length 5mm) to large structural components (weight 500kg, length 3000mm), which can meet the diverse needs of different types of trains and railway equipment. All products are designed and manufactured in strict accordance with international rail transit standards (such as EN 15085, AAR M-1003, GB/T 25124) to ensure compatibility and interchangeability with mainstream train models at home and abroad.

Adopting advanced investment casting (lost wax casting), shell mold casting and precision sand casting technologies, combined with numerical control mold design and manufacturing, our precision castings achieve extremely high dimensional accuracy and shape consistency. The dimensional tolerance can reach ±0.08mm for small parts (≤50mm), ±0.25mm for medium parts (50-200mm) and ±0.35mm for large parts (200-3000mm), with surface roughness of Rmax 3.2S~10S. This effectively avoids assembly gaps caused by dimensional deviation, ensures the tight fit of components in key systems such as braking and bogie, and prevents safety hazards caused by component loosening during high-speed operation. The near-net-shape forming technology also reduces machining allowance by more than 85% compared with traditional casting, saving material costs and shortening the production cycle.
2. Excellent Mechanical Properties & Durability
According to the functional requirements of different train parts, we select high-performance materials for customized production, including alloy steel (20CrMnTi, 40Cr, 42CrMo, 16Mn), ductile iron (QT500-7, QT600-3), stainless steel (304, 316L, 17-4PH) and high-strength aluminum alloy, etc. Through optimized smelting, casting and heat treatment processes (such as quenching and tempering, carburizing, nitriding), the material structure is refined and uniform, enabling the castings to have excellent tensile strength, impact toughness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance. For example, bogie frame castings can withstand alternating loads of 1000MPa for a long time without deformation; brake system castings have a service life of more than 20 years under normal use, which is 30% longer than that of traditional cast parts. All materials meet the environmental protection requirements of the rail transit industry, with no harmful substances and low heavy metal emissions.

Safety is the core requirement of train parts, and we have established a full-process safety control system to eliminate potential safety hazards. The castings are designed with fatigue strength and safety factor fully considered, and undergo strict fatigue testing, impact testing and load-bearing testing to ensure that they can withstand extreme working conditions such as emergency braking, sudden vibration and high-speed collision. For key safety components (such as brake calipers, bogie swing arms, coupler parts), we adopt non-destructive testing technologies (ultrasonic testing, X-ray testing, magnetic particle testing) to detect internal defects such as pores, shrinkage and cracks, with a defect detection rate of 100% and a product qualification rate of 99.8%.
