Every casting undergoes rigorous production control covering raw material composition testing, precision casting forming, professional heat treatment (quenching and tempering) to optimize mechanical performance, followed by CNC finish machining, flaw detection and dimensional tolerance inspection. The finished steering knuckle features high structural strength, outstanding fatigue resistance, strong load-bearing capacity and excellent wear resistance, effectively avoiding fracture and deformation under long-term complex road load.
