Steering knuckle / 42CrMo
Our 42CrMo alloy steel steering knuckle is a core load-bearing chassis component manufactured by professional silica sol lost wax precision casting process. Also known as spindle knuckle, it bears steering force, vehicle load and impact load during driving, and works with bearings, brake assemblies and control arms to realize vehicle steering function.
Adopting high-performance 42CrMo medium carbon chromium-molybdenum alloy steel material, the product meets GB/T 3077 standard, equivalent to AISI 4140 / 42CrMo4 international alloy steel grade. After complete quenching and tempering heat treatment, the steering knuckle achieves balanced high tensile strength, outstanding low-temperature impact toughness and long-term fatigue resistance, effectively solving cracking, deformation and wear failures common in ordinary carbon steel knuckles under heavy load.
