Our Non‑standard Sleeve Base Steel Casting is manufactured by precision investment lost‑wax casting (silica sol process). This square‑base sleeve component features a square bottom base, raised cylindrical boss and central through bore, widely used for mechanical connection, positioning and assembly in various industrial equipment.
We support full customization according to customer drawings or physical samples. Available material options include carbon steel, alloy steel such as 42CrMo, and stainless steel. We can control casting dimensional tolerance to meet your assembly requirements. Post‑processing services are optional: CNC machining, shot blasting, grinding, deburring and other surface treatments to achieve required surface finish.
