Investment Casting Square Frame Type Fixed Connector

This square frame fixed connector is manufactured by investment precision casting process. The integral casting structure avoids extensive secondary welding and ensures high structural strength.

Two mounting holes are reserved for easy assembly and uniform force bearing. The casting has uniform surface texture. Post-processing such as sandblasting, polishing, machining and heat treatment are available upon request.

A variety of materials including carbon steel, alloy steel and stainless steel are optional with controllable tolerances. We can develop new moulds according to customers’ drawings or samples.

Widely applied in construction machinery, hydraulic assemblies, agricultural machinery, fluid valves and automation equipment for frame connection, supporting fixation and hanging support.

OEM service is supported. Thread processing, precision machining and different surface treatments can be offered to meet requirements on load bearing, anti-corrosion and wear resistance under various working conditions.
