This component is manufactured via investment casting (lost wax casting). Available materials include carbon steel, 42CrMo alloy steel, stainless steel, ductile iron, WCB and other alloys. Featuring high dimensional accuracy, smooth surface finish and compact internal structure, the castings own outstanding tensile strength, toughness and wear resistance, effectively lowering machining workload. We support OEM & custom production according to customers’ drawings. A full range of secondary services are available, including heat treatment, shot blasting, CNC machining and surface coating. Our castings serve forklifts, construction machinery, petroleum equipment, marine facilities and agricultural machinery. Strict quality control is implemented throughout wax mould making, shell building, pouring and finishing. Stable tolerance control, traceable quality, prototype development and mass supply are acceptable.
