Investment Casting Connecting Bracket
This connecting bracket is integrally formed by silica sol investment casting (lost wax casting) technology. The advanced casting process perfectly shapes complex Y-type fork structure without extensive welding work, which greatly improves overall structural rigidity and avoids common problems like welding cracks and insufficient mechanical strength.
One end of the bracket is equipped with precisely machined internal thread hole, and two symmetrical through holes are designed on the fork arms. All threaded holes and mounting holes are finished by CNC lathe to guarantee tight dimensional tolerance and perfect assembly matching performance.
Multiple material options are available for different working conditions, including carbon steel, alloy steel, 304 & 316 stainless steel. Heat treatment such as quenching and tempering can be provided to enhance tensile strength, impact resistance and wear resistance. Stainless steel versions are recommended for damp and corrosive environments for long-term anti-rust performance. The casting surface is treated with sandblasting to achieve smooth finish without pores, sand holes or shrinkage defects, ready for direct assembly after production.
As a general mechanical articulated fitting, this fork connecting bracket is widely applied in forklift construction machinery, hydraulic cylinders, agricultural machinery, automotive brake assemblies and small oilfield transmission parts. It works as a joint connector for tie rods, steering linkages, brake connecting rods and cylinder ends. The double eye design allows flexible rotation with pins, while the threaded end connects adjusting screw for easy installation and length adjustment.
We provide full OEM & ODM customization service. Custom sizes, hole diameters and thread specifications are acceptable based on customers’ drawings or samples. One-stop deep processing including CNC machining, tapping, drilling, heat treatment and surface passivation is supported. All products comply with EN10204 material inspection standards with certified material test reports. Stable mass production capacity supports both domestic equipment manufacturers and overseas export orders.
