Investment Cast Mounting Bracket

This L-shaped mounting bracket is integrally formed by silica sol lost wax investment casting technology. The one-piece bent L structure eliminates welding seams, delivering superior structural rigidity and impact resistance compared with stamped sheet metal brackets, effectively avoiding deformation and cracking under long-term service load.

Two elongated slotted holes are designed on the flat base plate, allowing horizontal position adjustment during installation to compensate minor offset of equipment mounting holes. Two integrated threaded bosses are cast on the vertical arm with precisely tapped internal threads, featuring neat thread profile and reliable clamping force. It directly matches standard bolts without extra welded nuts, greatly simplifying assembly procedures.

Multiple material options are available to fit diverse working conditions: carbon steel, alloy steel, 304 & 316 stainless steel. Quenching and tempering heat treatment can be applied for heavy-load applications to boost tensile strength and wear resistance. Stainless steel variants are recommended for damp, acid and alkali environments to achieve long-lasting anti-corrosion performance. All castings are sandblasted for uniform matte finish, free of pores, sand holes and shrinkage defects, with smooth rounded edges ready for direct assembly without extra polishing.
