High Strength Cast Steel ESP Cable Clamp
This high strength special-shaped cast steel ESP cable clamp is a customized downhole protective fitting designed exclusively for oilfield electric submersible pump systems, also known as cross coupling cable guard. Adopting integrated precision investment casting technology, the whole part is made of high-quality cast steel with unique irregular frame structure, which perfectly matches the layout space of tubing and power cables inside oil wells. The hinged split clamping structure can wrap and fasten ESP cables tightly, isolating cables from tubing, casing and metal couplings to avoid scratch, extrusion and impact damage caused by well fluid flushing, unit vibration and tripping operations, greatly lowering cable breakdown rate and reducing oilfield maintenance costs.

Inner anti-slip ribs effectively stop the clamp sliding up and down along tubing during pump operation.
- Customizable Anti-Corrosion Surface Treatment Standard surface is raw casting with anti-rust oil protection; optional surface treatments include black oxide coating, spray paint and hot-dip galvanization to resist corrosion from formation water, crude oil and acidic mediums. Wall thickness can be thickened upon request for ultra-high wear-resistant wells.
