Forklift Transmission Support Bracket

Our forklift transmission support bracket is an indispensable load-bearing casting component for forklift gearbox assembly, widely matched with electric forklifts, diesel forklifts, gasoline forklifts and warehouse handling forklifts of various tonnages.

This bracket is integrally formed by precision casting process with high-strength carbon steel and alloy steel as raw materials. After professional heat treatment, the product features strong tensile resistance, impact resistance and fatigue resistance, which can effectively avoid fracture and deformation under long-term heavy load operation of forklifts. All threaded holes, mounting flanges and positioning holes are finished by CNC machining with strict dimensional tolerance control, ensuring seamless assembly with forklift transmission, stable fixation during driving, and reducing abnormal vibration of gearbox.

We provide complete anti-rust surface treatments including blackening, shot blasting and electrophoretic coating to improve corrosion resistance and extend service life in humid, dusty warehouse and construction working environments.

OEM & ODM customization services are fully supported. We can produce brackets according to customer drawings, samples and forklift model parameters, and adjust wall thickness, hole spacing and load-bearing structure as required. Our factory owns full sets of casting, heat treatment and machining production lines with large monthly output to support bulk order delivery. Each batch of products will pass full dimensional inspection and mechanical performance test before shipment, and EN10204 3.1 material test certificates can be provided for customer inspection.
