    Forklifts are widely used in warehouses, factories, ports, logistics centers and other scenarios, and their parts need to withstand long-term heavy load operation, frequent start-stop, friction and impact, as well as harsh environmental impacts (such as dust, oil pollution, high and low temperature differences) and strict safety standards. Our forklift part precision castings are developed and produced for these characteristics, adopting near-net-shape precision casting technology to achieve high dimensional accuracy, excellent surface quality and stable mechanical properties.     Adopting advanced investment casting (lost wax casting), shell mold casting and precision sand casting technologies, combined with numerical control mold design and manufacturing, our precision castings achieve extremely high dimensional accuracy and shape consistency. The dimensional tolerance can reach ±0.06mm for small parts (≤40mm), ±0.20mm for medium parts (40-150mm) and ±0.30mm for large parts (150-1500mm), with surface roughness of Rmax 3.2S~8S. This effectively avoids assembly gaps caused by dimensional deviation, ensures the tight fit of components in key systems such as lifting and steering, and prevents safety hazards caused by component loosening during heavy-load lifting and operation. The near-net-shape forming technology also reduces machining allowance by more than 85% compared with traditional casting, saving material costs and shortening the production cycle.

    According to the functional requirements of different forklift parts, we select high-performance materials for customized production, including alloy steel (20CrMnTi, 40Cr, 42CrMo, 16Mn), ductile iron (QT500-7, QT600-3, QT700-2), stainless steel (304, 316L) and high-strength cast iron, etc. Through optimized smelting, casting and heat treatment processes (such as quenching and tempering, carburizing, nitriding), the material structure is refined and uniform, enabling the castings to have excellent tensile strength, impact toughness, wear resistance and oil resistance. For example, forklift fork castings can withstand long-term load-bearing of 5-50 tons without deformation; transmission gear castings have a service life of more than 15 years under normal use, which is 35% longer than that of traditional cast parts. All materials meet the environmental protection requirements of the material handling industry, with no harmful substances and low heavy metal emissions.

    3. Strict Load-Bearing & Safety Assurance

    Load-bearing capacity and safety are the core requirements of forklift parts, and we have established a full-process safety control system to eliminate potential safety hazards. The castings are designed with fatigue strength and safety factor fully considered, and undergo strict fatigue testing, impact testing and load-bearing testing to ensure that they can withstand extreme working conditions such as heavy-load lifting, sudden braking, and collision. For key safety components (such as fork arms, lifting frames, steering knuckles, brake calipers), we adopt non-destructive testing technologies (ultrasonic testing, X-ray testing, magnetic particle testing) to detect internal defects such as pores, shrinkage and cracks, with a defect detection rate of 100% and a product qualification rate of 99.8%.

    1. Advanced Casting Process

    The whole production process adopts standardized, automated and intelligent operation, covering three core processes: investment casting (lost wax casting), shell mold casting and precision sand casting. Investment casting (silica sol process) is used for small and medium-sized precision parts with complex structures, such as transmission gears, brake components and steering parts; shell mold casting is suitable for medium and large batch production of cast iron and steel parts, with stable quality and high production efficiency; precision sand casting is used for large load-bearing parts such as fork arms, lifting frames and frame brackets, which can produce castings weighing up to 300kg. The production line is equipped with intelligent monitoring equipment to real-time monitor key parameters such as smelting temperature, casting speed and mold temperature, ensuring the stability and consistency of product quality.

    2. Strict Quality Control System

    We have passed ISO9001 quality management system, ISO/TS16949 automotive quality management system and ISO 6055 material handling equipment quality certification, establishing a full-process quality control system covering raw material inspection, mold making, smelting, casting, heat treatment, post-processing and finished product inspection. Raw materials are strictly inspected for chemical composition and mechanical properties to ensure they meet the design requirements; during the casting process, professional technicians conduct on-site supervision to avoid casting defects; after casting, finished products are inspected through multiple links such as dimensional measurement, surface inspection and non-destructive testing.
