Cross Coupling cable Protector for oil parts
Our cross coupling cable protector is a professional downhole accessory specially developed for oil and gas well completion operations. It is mainly used to protect ESP power cables, control lines, chemical injection lines and umbilical cables at tubing coupling joints. When running, pulling and tripping tubing strings in the wellbore, cables are prone to severe friction, extrusion and impact damage at the convex coupling positions. This cable protector tightly locks and wraps cables to isolate direct contact between cables and tubing couplings, effectively eliminating cable breakage, insulation peeling and leakage failures caused by long-term friction, greatly improving the safety and service life of downhole cable systems.
We adopt precision investment casting technology to produce cross coupling cable protectors, with optional materials including 42CrMo alloy steel, carbon steel and stainless steel according to different downhole working conditions. All products comply with oilfield API standards, with stable structural strength, excellent abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance, adapting to high temperature, high pressure, brine and other harsh downhole environments of onshore and offshore oil wells.
