Cast Bearing Housing Bracket
This flange base bracket is manufactured by lost‑wax investment casting process. It is integrally formed with a round bottom flange, central sleeve cavity and two side mounting lugs with holes. The inner bore can be further CNC‑machined to achieve precise assembly dimensions.
Available materials include carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel and other cast‑metal options. The casting features dense internal structure, good mechanical strength and wear resistance. Fine‑cast surface finish reduces secondary‑processing workload and production cost.
