Carbon Steel Lost Wax Cast

Carbon steel parts made via lost wax investment casting. Featuring high dimensional accuracy, smooth surface finish and stable mechanical properties. Suitable for automotive, machinery and other industries. Custom OEM/ODM service available.

Our carbon steel lost wax castings are manufactured using the advanced silica sol investment casting process, with premium carbon steel grades such as 10#, 16Mn, Q235, and Q345 available. We provide a one-stop custom service covering design optimization, mold development, casting forming, and post-processing.
The core advantage of lost wax casting lies in its ability to achieve near-net-shape forming of complex structural parts without multiple splicing or welding, significantly improving the overall strength and consistency of the parts. We use high-precision wax mold pressing equipment combined with a temperature-controlled shell-making system to ensure wax mold dimensional errors are controlled within CT4-CT6 tolerance levels. Through vacuum melting and precision pouring, internal defects such as porosity, sand inclusions, and shrinkage are effectively avoided. The surface roughness of the castings can reach Ra3.2~Ra6.3, greatly reducing subsequent machining volume and significantly lowering customer costs.
Tailored to the characteristics of carbon steel, we offer heat treatment processes including normalizing, quenching and tempering, and surface carburizing. We can adjust the hardness, toughness, and wear resistance of the castings according to customer requirements to meet the mechanical demands of different working conditions. Surface treatments such as shot blasting, powder coating, galvanizing, and blackening are also available to enhance corrosion resistance and appearance quality.
Widely used in automotive chassis systems, construction machinery transmission components, general mechanical housings, construction hardware accessories, and petroleum machinery auxiliary parts, our castings can adapt to conventional working environments from -40℃ to 400℃. Strict non-destructive testing, mechanical performance testing, and dimensional inspection are conducted to ensure every product meets ISO, GB/T and other industry standards, enabling stable delivery to customers worldwide.
