Our carbon steel castings are produced by investment casting and sand casting processes. We adopt high-quality carbon steel raw materials including ZG270-500 and other common grades. Every casting undergoes strict heat treatment such as normalizing and quenching to guarantee excellent tensile strength, impact resistance and stable mechanical performance.

We support OEM and custom production according to customers’ drawings and samples. Strict dimensional inspection and non-destructive testing are carried out during production to reduce machining allowance and ensure consistent product quality.

These carbon steel casting components are widely applied in forklift machinery, mining equipment, auto spare parts, petroleum machinery, pump and valve parts, railway and engineering construction machinery. Complete material test certificates can be provided for every batch of goods.
