Automobile Brake Bracket Parts
Our automobile brake bracket parts are integrally formed by investment precision casting technology with alloy steel and carbon steel raw materials, which serve as core load-bearing components for the brake systems of passenger cars, commercial vehicles, light trucks and construction machinery vehicles. These brackets connect brake calipers, chassis suspensions and brake wheel cylinders to guarantee stable braking performance during driving.
We adopt high-strength steel materials including 42CrMo and 25Mn for production. All castings go through heat treatment to enhance tensile strength, impact resistance and fatigue resistance, effectively avoiding deformation and fracture under long-term heavy load. Strict quality control is implemented during casting to eliminate common defects like air holes, sand holes and shrinkage cavities. After casting, CNC milling and boring machines are applied for precision processing of threaded holes and positioning surfaces, with tight dimensional tolerances to ensure perfect fitting during vehicle assembly, reducing hidden safety hazards in braking systems.
Custom OEM & ODM services are available. We can develop new molds according to customers’ drawings, samples and vehicle parameters, producing brake brackets suitable for sedans, SUVs, trucks and agricultural machinery vehicles. Multiple surface treatments including shot blasting, blackening and electrophoretic anti-rust coating are optional to extend service life and anti-corrosion performance.
Equipped with independent casting and machining workshops, our factory has large annual output to support mass stock supply. All products pass full inspection before delivery, and we can provide EN10204 3.1 material test certificates for third-party inspection. Stable supply is available for both domestic sales and global export markets.
