304 Stainless Steel Ball Valve Bracket

This ball valve bracket is integrally formed by silica sol investment casting (lost wax casting) with 304 stainless steel, without welding joints. It features stable structural strength and avoids the risk of leakage and fracture at welding seams, serving as a special connecting support fitting for high-platform ball valves.

Round mounting flanges are designed on the top and bottom of the product, with standard threaded holes reserved on flanges for fast connection between ball valve body and pneumatic/electric actuators. The integrated hollow ring structure in the middle greatly reduces the weight of the casting while guaranteeing bearing capacity and lowering the overall load of the valve. A through hole is reserved on the side for valve stem penetration, realizing transmission limit and dust protection, perfectly matching the working conditions of fluid valve transmission.

304 stainless steel has excellent rust resistance and acid & alkali corrosion resistance. The bracket is widely applied in water purification, food & pharmaceutical, chemical liquid transportation, light industry pipeline and other clean fluid systems. It will not rust or oxidize easily under long-term humid, weak acid and weak alkali environments. The casting is precisely polished with smooth surface free of sand holes and pores, featuring high dimensional accuracy and good assembly compatibility for easy installation and disassembly.

We support non-standard customization. We can adjust flange diameter, hole size, overall height and other parameters according to customers’ ball valve specifications, installation dimensions and pressure working conditions. 316L stainless steel material upgrade is also available.
