25CrMo steel precision casting

25CrMo steel is a standard Cr-Mo alloy structural steel widely adopted for precision lost wax (investment) casting production. Containing chromium and molybdenum alloy elements, this material features outstanding hardenability, fatigue resistance, wear resistance and moderate high-temperature stability after quenching & tempering treatment.

Our 25CrMo precision casting adopts full silica sol lost-wax craft, delivering smooth surface finish, precise dimensional control and stable internal metallographic structure with minimal shrinkage, porosity and inclusions. Post processes include CNC precision machining, heat treatment (normalizing, quenching & tempering), shot blasting, passivation and non-destructive testing (UT/MT) as customer required.

Mechanical performance can be customized via heat treatment: balanced tensile strength, impact toughness and hardness to stand heavy load, alternating stress and moderate temperature working conditions. Good machinability and weldability make it suitable for complex geometric shapes that forging or machining alone cannot realize economically.

Typical application scenarios: heavy machinery brackets, gear housings, shaft sleeves, automotive chassis & transmission parts, petrochemical valve bodies, high-pressure pipe fittings, mining and construction machinery load-bearing components.
